ONLINE TRAUMA THERAPY FOR ADULTS IN THE INLAND EMPIRE AND ALL OVER CALIFORNIA

Does It Feel Like Your Past Is Still Affecting You Today?

You may find yourself reacting more strongly than you'd like, struggling to trust others, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, or carrying a sense of shame, guilt, or self-doubt that never seems to fully go away. Sometimes the impact of trauma isn't always obvious. It can show up in the way you think about yourself, relate to others, or respond to stress. Trauma isn't defined only by what happened to you. Sometimes it's also shaped by what was missing: feeling unseen, unsupported, unsafe, or alone during difficult experiences. Whether the wounds came from childhood, relationships, loss, or other painful experiences, they can continue to influence how your nervous system responds long after the event has passed.

Whatever it is that you're experiencing, you may notice it affecting many areas of your life:

  • Struggling to trust yourself, your emotions, or other people

  • Feeling stuck in cycles of shame, self-criticism, or guilt

  • Reacting to present situations as though they're connected to past pain

  • Feeling emotionally overwhelmed, numb, or disconnected

  • Finding it difficult to feel safe, secure, or fully at ease in relationships

Trauma Therapy can help.

It may feel impossible now, but healing is possible.

You can develop a greater sense of safety, emotional stability, and connection with yourself and others. While painful experiences may continue to affect how you think, feel, and respond today, they do not have to define your future.

When we experience overwhelming or painful events, our nervous system adapts to help us survive. What once protected you may continue operating long after the danger has passed, making it difficult to feel safe, connected, and fully present in your life today.

Together, we'll work to understand these patterns with compassion, strengthen emotional regulation, and create new experiences of safety, connection, and choice. Our nervous systems develop within relationships, which is why healing often involves understanding the relational patterns that were shaped by those experiences.

Through trauma therapy, you can begin to:

✓ Understand how past experiences continue to shape your emotions, relationships, and sense of self

✓ Develop greater emotional regulation and nervous system flexibility

✓ Reduce shame, self-criticism, and survival patterns that no longer serve you

✓ Build healthier relationships and deeper connection with yourself and others

My approach to trauma therapy is grounded in attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and self-compassion. Together, we'll explore not only what happened to you, but how those experiences shaped the ways you learned to protect yourself. Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, our work will center on understanding the deeper emotional and relational patterns that continue to affect your life today.

Healing isn't about fixing yourself or becoming someone you're not. It's about helping your nervous system learn that it no longer has to work so hard to keep you safe, so you can experience greater connection, flexibility, confidence, and self-trust in your daily life.

Ultimately, no matter how hard it gets, I will be there with you along the way.

What you're feeling today doesn't have to be your forever.

Healing, Connection, and Self-Trust Are Within Reach.

I can help you get there.
