I'll help you through this process, tailoring each step to your unique needs and circumstances. My approach to providing Online Therapy for Anxiety and Stress comes from a place of acceptance, compassion and understanding: believing that neither you or those you are in relationship with are the "problem", but that it's simply the unmet needs, the patterns and cycles you have adapted that needs adjusting. It's about identifying the deeper root of your problems.


Ultimately, doing this type of work in Individual Therapy could also mean that you will need to grieve the expectations and hopes you desired. Or maybe you will grieve the unmet needs you have been longing for. Because, if you are the only one doing this self-awareness and processing work, the truth is, it is going to feel lonely and it will take TIME. In studying Relational Neuroscience, studying how the brain changes in relationships, your brain will shift at the pace it needs to considering what is going on around you. And I will be there with you along the way no matter how hard it get.

What is your fee? *Fees are subject to increase every year* Assessment (60 minutes): $140 Individual Psychotherapy (55 min): $140

Do you accept insurance? Yes, I currently accept United Healthcare, Optum, Aetna, Cigna. Anthem Medi-cal, Compsych Commerical, MHN/Health Net Commercial, MHN/Health Net Medi-Cal. [Coming Soon: IEHP, HMC Commerical, Molina Medi-Cal]

Do you write any letters? I do NOT write any letter for: Court Evaluations Emotional Support Animal Letters (ESA) Separation, Divorce and Child Custody Evaluation and Mediation. These services require additional training that I do not have.

What is your availability? I currently only offer therapy appointments Monday-Friday. Appointments range from mornings, afternoon and some evenings. When scheduling a consultation please let me know your preferred times.

Do you have a cancellation policy? Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime with advance notice so that your slot can be offered to another client. I DO NOT charge a late cancellation fee because I understand that life happens. I DO charge a No Show Fee of $100 to respect the time I set aside for you.
