Welcome! My name is Jacqueline Machado, LCSW, Registered Play Therapist™ and I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) Latina therapist and Parent Coach for Parents of Kids with Big Baffling Behaviors. I use the science of being relationally, socially, and behaviorally human and regularly draw in session upon a wide range of practices (mindfulness and self-compassion). I primarily utilize EMDR to help adults process and learn about what is keeping them stuck.

I am passionate about helping adults improve their inner sense of connection and safety. I help adults understand their behaviors and manage and mitigate life stressors in a less reactive way.
