Reach out by sending me an email or submitting a contact
form on my website. Please include your NAME, PHONE
NUMBER, and EMAIL. Don’t forget to mention whether you’ll be paying out of pocket or using insurance, and specify the name of your insurance plan!

After I receive your contact form, I’ll reach out via email
to arrange your initial tentative appointment. I’ll also share my current availability at that time.

If we proceed, I’ll send you intake forms to gather
important background information, which you can
complete online. Once you submit the paperwork, my
team will verify your insurance coverage and inform
you of any potential out-of-pocket costs. Once everything is in place, we can confirm your first
therapy session.

What is your fee? *Fees are subject to increase every year* Assessment (60 minutes): $140 Individual Psychotherapy (55 min): $140

Do you accept insurance? Yes, I currently accept United Healthcare, Optum, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross.

Do you write any letters? I do NOT write any letter for: Court Evaluations Emotional Support Animal Letters (ESA) Separation, Divorce and Child Custody Evaluation and Mediation. These services require additional training that I do not have.

Do you have a cancellation policy? lients can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime with advance notice so that your slot can be offered to another client. I DO NOT charge a late cancellation fee because I understand that life happend. I DO charge a No Show Fee of $100 to respect the time I set aside for you.
